Jazz's Spectral Vortex

Last year I drew a picture showing Jazz Phantom's "spectral vortex" ability, which creates a sort of vacuum for ectoplasm, sucking it in, breaking it apart, and dispersing it particle by particle. So here I decided to draw what happened about 10 seconds prior to that picture. Here's Jazz charging up that power.
